🏆🏆What better way to celebrate a whole year since our launch date (more on that soon!) than with fantastic news?
With 100 international judges including Ian Rum Ambassador Burrell gathered in London, tasting over 4,000 spirits from around the globe, the entries for IWSC 2024 (International Wine & Spirit Competition) were fiercely impressive! But we are over the moon to announce that DropWorks Rums have scooped up some incredible awards in the Spirits Judging this 2024 awards season!
In particular, DropWorks Spice Drop Rum was awarded a GOLD medal, scoring 95 out of a possible 100- placing this British-made Rum in the top 15% of all spirits tasted!
Described as “a vibrant bouquet of tropical fruits and sweet confections on the nose. The palate reveals a delightful blend of ripe fruit, herbal nuances, and a hint of apple. The finish has a lingering sense of satisfaction.” this feedback was nothing short of an epic birthday surprise.
