We’re bringing our award-winning rums to bars across the UK, showcasing how naturally full-flavoured British rum can thrive in a modern cocktail setting.
What are HAUS Parties?
HAUS Parties are intimate, ticketed cocktail events created by David Jordan Melia, founder of SpeakEasier HAUS and HAUS Bitters. Each event hosts around 30 guests and takes place in a carefully selected bar, with a bespoke cocktail menu designed exclusively for the night.
DropWorks Rum at HAUS Parties
DropWorks rums feature across selected serves on each HAUS Party menu, working alongside HAUS Bitters to explore how flavour can be built naturally, without artificial additions.
From warming spice-led serves to bright, contemporary cocktails, the partnership reflects DropWorks’ mission to redefine rum, proving that British-made rum can be bold, expressive and endlessly creative behind the bar.

HAUS Parties have already taken place in Manchester, Liverpool and London, with more dates planned across the UK. The next event takes place on 27 January at Plotting Parlour in Brighton, with tickets available via HAUS Bitters.
