Summer of 2025
Clear Drop is at the forefront of the summer menu of where it all started at Mildreds & mallow, London’s top vegan restaurants with seven locations in total. These were the very first places to list our rum on their cocktail menu when we launched back in 2023 (the first account that Sales Director, Chris, Dropped into!).
Fast forward to 2025, and we’re loving the latest serve- it’s pretty much summer in a glass: the Coconut Daiquiri. A tropical twist on a classic, made with our signature Clear Drop Rum, plus falernum, coconut, pandan and citrus. Zesty, smooth, and a little bit cheeky.
The Perfect Pairing
Clear Drop is the heart and soul of this cocktail, and trust us, it shines. Our Founder Lewis Hayes says:

From One Cocktail to a Rum Revolution
Since those first cocktails in London, we have continued to shaken up the UK rum scene. DropWorks has popped up on menus across the UK, and we’ve got big plans to show even more of you what our British rum can really do.
From our home in Sherwood Forest, we are creating quality Drops for bartenders, rum lovers, and anyone who’s up for something new. Created for bars, crafted in Britain.
