Meet Spice Drop Rum
Spice Drop is fermented and distilled in Britain at the DropWorks Distillery, but there is a secret we want to share with you about how we give Spice Drop its wonderful colour and flavour.
You may have guessed by now that we like to experiment and do things differently at DropWorks, so we set about proving that top quality Rum can be full of flavour, without adding spices. We do this by ‘flash ageing’ our liquid, resting it with heavily charred wood chips. Wild right?!
It boasts notes of spiced apple pie including ripe red apples, honeycomb and ginger, with a subtly sweet finish. Serve however you enjoy your spiced rums!
