We all love chocolates and flowers, but this year experience something truly memorable and visit Europe’s largest rum distillery, tucked away on the Welbeck Estate, Nottinghamshire (right on the edge of Sherwood forest).

On our distillery tour, we’ll walk you through how we make our uniquely full-flavoured rum from scratch here in the UK with no artificial flavourings and absolutely no shortcuts. You’ll warm up with a rum punch cocktail, see behind the scenes and enjoy tastings of our Drops along the way.

You’ll need:
- 50ml Clear Drop
- Juice of a whole lime
- 10ml rhubarb syrup
- 5ml sugar syrup
Shake with ice, strain, and garnish with a rhubarb ribbon. Voilà.
