Founded by Lewis Hayes; a leading industry figure and renowned mixologist, we produce high-quality, award-winning rum at our state-of-the-art distillery in the heart of Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire. Our rums are naturally full-flavoured, proudly British-made, and served in high-end venues, including The Clove Club, Dorian, Adam Handling, Ottolenghi and The Pig Hotels.

We’re building a global rum brand; establishing the brand in premium UK bars, restaurants, and retailers, prior to international expansion. We have an amazing visitor centre and are leveraging distillery capacity in the medium-term for contract distilling to support our growth.
