Using only the finest raw ingredients, including fermentations using the world-first wild trinity yeast that you won’t find anywhere else, other than DropWorks Rums, the liquid is batch-distilled before being matured in a variety of casks, including American and Portuguese Oak barrels to give complex flavours and delicious notes of Rum & raisin ice cream, jammy dates and warm winter spices. Yum!

This full-flavoured, stone-fruity molasses magic gently coaxes rich vanilla, dates and cinder toffee notes from Portuguese and American Oak barrels.

The barrels have been selected to create a perfectly balanced British Rum that is made for sipping, shaking and showing off to your friends. Awarded Gold at The Spirits Business Rum and Cachaça Awards 2025.
