NEW RUM COCKTAIL ALERT!
We were on the look out for the best cocktail recipe to showcase our OG Clear Drop Rum. A recipe that is more British than a roast dinner, standing in a queue, discussing the weather. And guess what?! We think we may have just found it! This simple yet tasty Rum cocktail recipe is a combination of just 3 (rather British!) ingredients, and it is as delicious as it is easy to make.
With the warmer weather seemingly coming to an end already (yes we are discussing the British weather again!) here is your reminder that cocktail season is definitely not over yet.
Introducing the Clear N Cloudy cocktail!
HOW TO CREATE
Don’t let maths get in the way of having fun, but if you insist on measurements then we recommend:
- 1 part DropWorks Clear Drop Rum
- 2 parts Cloudy Apple Juice (Copella hits the spot!)
- 1 part Sparkling Elderflower (we use the Sparkling Elderflower from Belvoir Farm)
HOW TO SERVE
Fill your fanciest glass with plenty of ice (wine glass or high ball works best).
Add DropWorks Clear Drop Rum, Cloudy Apple Juice and top with the Sparkling Elderflower.
Garnish with a slice of apple, a sprig of mint or some eclectic bouquet of both!
