We distil our British made Rum in slow motion, creating the purest of Drops, softer than a velvet cloud of silk, before being delicately blended by our master blender for an even greater depth of flavour. Our versatile, embellishment free Rum can be enjoyed neat, mixed in cocktails or even on toast – we won’t judge!

How do we do it?!

Quality cannot be rushed. First we ferment the finest molasses and sugar cane honey using our Wild Trinity Yeast; a world-first, cultivation of three yeast strains working together to ferment truly unique flavours.

These fermentations are then distilled on our custom made copper stills, in order to isolate the highest quality alcohols packed full of flavour.

This gives not just one, but four incredible marques, which are then blended together to layer individual flavours upon one another, creating a complex symphony of aromas and tastes. The result: delicious, light and versatile.
